Our services include but are not limited to: • Custom AI agent development • n8n and Make.com workflow automation • AI chatbot and web integration • CRM automation and integration • AI-powered business process automation • Strategic AI consulting and audits The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Slowbros Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Your Content: You retain all rights to any content you provide to us as part of a service engagement. We will not use your proprietary data, business information, or content for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services. Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, intellectual property rights for custom work product delivered to you will be transferred upon full payment. We reserve the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during engagements.

Quotes & Proposals: All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Typical payment structures include milestone-based payments or monthly retainers. Late Payments: Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with overdue payments. Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a service engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Slowbros Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or services. • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. • We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use of AI systems, automation workflows, or other solutions we develop, once they have been delivered and accepted.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our Website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
