OVERVIEW
Operating since 1959 on a massive 17-acre property in Orlando, Florida (just 500 feet from the famous Manheim Auto Auction), Landstreet Auto Mall is a launchpad hosting 130+ independent automotive dealers. Rather than representing a single dealership, Landstreet operates as a shared digital and physical property management infrastructure offering detailing, DMV support, lot spaces, and shared tools.
The massive operational challenge wasn't transaction flow - it was managing the communication infrastructure, lead routing, and customer outreach for 130 distinct business entities without employing a massive back-office team.
THE PROBLEM
Before partnering with SlowBros Labs, several structural cracks were causing revenue drain:

Built a high-converting, mobile-first website optimized for SEO representing the full Landstreet brand. It integrates comprehensive bilingual (English & Spanish) onboarding pages for dealers detailing Starter, Pro, and Elite tiers, along with centralized booking calendars.
2. Conversational AI Voice Agent (ElevenLabs + Twilio)
Provisioned and configured a conversational AI voice agent running 24/7 on a dedicated Twilio US phone number. In both English and Spanish, the agent qualifies inbound lead requirements (budget, credit rating), schedules test-drive bookings directly, and routes live transfers or warm transfers to specific dealer desks.
3. Multi-Tenant CRM Infrastructure (GoHighLevel)
Configured a hierarchical GoHighLevel CRM setup with individual, private sub-accounts for all 130+ dealers on the property. We constructed custom pipelines, automated SMS/email outreach campaigns, missed call text-back triggers, scheduled cron jobs for daily reports, and post-purchase reputation automation.
